    how big are you looking at and how deep the rp meta are you into?

    meaning do you need a LARGE fc house or will medium do just fine? Do you want specialists in one job, or people who midcore master pretty everything? Hardcore + Casual friendly, or straight up RP with only pvp. Lone wolf friendly, or forces you to contribute?
