How to report off game RMT

I've recently come across someone selling Mog Station items off site, and out of game. I don't know their character or server, but I do know their name and the location of the sales. How do I report it?

There's a page on the Lodestone specifically set up for referring RMT cases (including off-game websites selling merchandise/in game content without permission), which can be found here (it would either be 'Report Materials License Violation' or 'Report a Case to the Special Task Force' (the later is the special branch of SE who actually investigate RMT cases, item selling out of the game and websites which trade in this).

Thanks. Looks like it's under the Material licence report. The Special Taskforce one requires in game character information, which I did not have.
