Yeah, they can add a new stat that is only offered by Undergarments. The stat can be called "sexiness" and increasing your Sexiness stat will reduce the cost of items from NPC's as well as an increase in Gil from quest/levequests or vendor trashed items.

I absolutely love the idea of them adding more undies. Could they add a /display "insert armor slot here" off for all my gear since most of it looks bland and boring? That would be amazing.

Pretty sure you can go to certain sites (certain "cat task force" websites) and get all the "lingerie" and "sexy underwear" .dat mods you want.

I mean I'm not coming down on you for your suggestion, I'm not here to judge you for your preferences, but I doubt Square Enix will ever cater completely to your desires in this area in the way that like-minded individuals can.
