It's likely that he's either Theodred (the exiled heir to Ala Mhigo) or Ilberd pretending to be Theodred. There was speculation of this long before we saw that outfit but it does indeed lend more weight to both theories. If anything I'll just be glad to finally see that crest in game since it more or less confirms the expansion speculation.

Wait a second, who else is wearing that armor?
For what I see its something unique. Dont remember anyone else who used something similar.
