I've got a weird problem I haven't been able to resolve.

I've recently built a new pc that I wanted to start playing FFXIV on.
I use a Logitech Dual Action USB PC controller on the old PC.
Default control bindings, nothing fancy. It works exactly how my PS4 controller works.

FWD with the new PC.
After install, the controller acts completely different and I'm not able to change the bindings for the controller from the FFXIV menu.

Things I've tried:
There's a mode button on the controller you can flip and it still doesn't give me the same settings as the old PC.
I've backed up my character config on the old PC and put it on the new one. No change.
I've verified in the Game Controllers Win10 app that the buttons are mapped on the OS correctly. Same button mappings on both PCs.
I've tried all the different USB ports including 3.0 and non 3.0.

The old PC was built back in 2010 with a few upgrades.
The new PC is fairly good by today's standards (Runs my HTC Vive well)

Out of options and fairly SOL since most PC users are keyboard/mouse only.
