Seriously. I don't even have my fourth weapon and I have done over 150 FATES

I have 75 medallions, and every pet, which requires 77 medallions.
So that's 152 FATES done trying to get Legendaries.

I always triple check to be sure my bracelet is on, my proper minion is out, and I am in the proper area.

I got 40 Legendary medals out of 152 FATES.

Lemmy repeat that.

So that's 40 Legendary medals I have gotten out of 152 FATES.

That's a 26.3157894737% drop rate.

Round down to 26%

To get EVERY weapon, you need 288 Legendary Medals.

If 26% is the common drop rate, then you need to do

1,108 FATES

Let me repeat that:

If 26% is the common drop rate, then you need to do 1,108 FATES to get every weapon.


This is a bit excessive, Square Enix. Seriously!

I thought you needed the bracelet to get a Legendary at all?

If not, at least I can put my better bracelet gear back on!

Still, that does not change the numbers' 1,108 FATES is a stupid amount to have to do.

Yeah only need watch for medals. Only need minion for legendary medals. I think about 700 fates is where a lot of people seem to finish. 1,000 would be more on the unlucky side. I know it's still long no matter what. Can be spaced out since we have over one month more time for the event.

The RNG for it is really poor. I was in a party and the other person easily got more legendary medal drops than I did. Out of 20 fates, they got about 8 medals while I got 3.

it all depends honestly. i got my dragoon and ninja weapons within an hour but the grind for paladin took forever

I've got every weapon. I did fates with my girlfriend. Legendary medals dropped for me much faster. I was done with most of my weapons before she had hers, and we did the exact same fates with the exact same minion.

It's pure RNG. I didn't keep the watch on to tally up all my fates but for the two I did in upper la noscea using beast tribe fates I had about 90 beast tribe medallions, so about 33% drop rate.

The droprate could have been higher.....maybe for the next event Yoshi is planning xD


Maybe yo can sell the yokai weapons/mounts in the Mogryshop or in game, like the other eventstuff.

I don't get how when people say something like this, RNG is poor. Do people even know what random means? Out of 20? Come back when you have a larger sample size.

To get all the weapons you need circa 800 FATEs ±75.
