Where can I get higher res graphics of game symbols?

Hello,

I am trying to make embroidered patches of the crest of my daughter's FC (Gobbue on two color spiral) for her FC members to wear at FF in Vegas but all I can find are low res art that I cannot digitize into embroidery designs.

The best I have found was on their FC page but even that is blurry when enlarged. The graphics in game are not usable.

Is there a way to get better resolution graphic art?

I have not found higher resolution graphic of FC crests that exist in the game, but there is a workaround if you (or someone you know) is willing to do the legwork for you. Honestly, I'd volunteer if I wasn't so tied up with my costume.

If you have a vector graphics program (like Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape), you can trace around the low res image and make a vector version that you can blow up to be as big as you want. Hopefully this will work for the purpose of embroidery designs. Illustrator costs money, but you can also accomplish the same thing with Inkscape, which is free. Lots of cosplayers use Inkscape for blueprints, so you can probably find a simple tutorial explaining how to do what I am talking about.

You could also turn on the FC crest on a piece of armor where it appears to be very large (the CUL apron comes to mind -- just an example), but that will still be very blurry for you.

I've done edits for FCs before but as Ryuko mentioned I've always vectored the image myself based off the crest.

If you go this route- ask your daughter if her FC has a house or if she has a private house in game. If they do and they have a company chest inside of it then you can get a slightly larger picture to use for your vector. (You'll still have to do some work to it but at least it will be easier to trace/vector youself)

Also, depending on what rank your daughter is in the FC she may be able to access the crest edit system (if she doesn't maybe she could ask an FC leader for temporary access? (The NPC location will depend on which city-state her FC is affiliated with so keep that in mind it may be slightly different NPC look from this shot)


Also, I've done some embroidery myself with this game's logo/graphics- where you planning on running them on a twill base then using the stiches for the 3 parts of the emblem? Or which parts were you considering being stitched just the top 2 layers aka 'Charge' and 'Ordinary' or where you looking to include the 'Escutcheon' as well.

Example: What you described for your daughters FC was:
Charge- Goobue
Escutcheon- ???
Ordinary- two-color Spiral

Whats the Escutcheon of your daughters FC's crest? (for example the above image my FCs Escutcheon is a heart, with a flat color for the Ordinary, and a diamond for the Charge)

I got this from the FC page on mog station, it seems to be the largest I can find

I have inkscape and a few digitizing programs, and well as Silhouette Studio.

I haven't made vectors before but I can give is a shot
