    Let me lock the chat window on my PC.... i accidentally drag it almost every time I change tabs.

    This and I wonder why the chat box is separated from the HUD layout too. It's so annoying when your chat box glitched back into the default size randomly but restoring HUD layout doesn't help.

    Are you on PS4? I know this has happened to me before. I think it has something to do with logging out or d/cing with the chat open? All I know is that yes, it is very annoying and I got a mouse to help deal with the issue.
