All the roles fighting over BLU

So I've seen posts here and there from all 3 roles laying claim to blue mage. Some think it would be a good tank, some think a healer, some think a dps.

So I had a thought. What if it could be all of them?

BLU would simply be a job crystal. No unique weapon type, no traits, no gear. Any class could equip the blue Mage job crystal and learn spells but the spells available would change based on the role of the class you equip it to.

E.G. Gladiator or marauder equips the blue Mage job crystal, they gain access to all the defensive and enmity generating spells like cocoon.

Conjurer equips the blue Mage job crystal they get access to healing spells like white wind.

Pugilist or lancer equips the blue Mage job crystal they gain access to damage spells like asuran claws.

Arcanist or black Mage equips the blue Mage job crystal they gain access to enfeeblement and DoT spells like bad breath.

Archer equips the blue Mage job crystal they gain access to the ranged spells like cannonball.

This way BLU could be any role by enhancing the base class it's equipped to. Being less its own unique job and more a supporting attachment to a class, adding its spells to their own abilities.
