Why do the Moogle only have one minion?

The other beast tribes had two similar things, like a sahagin and a specific named Sahagin (Sea Devil).

Keep in mind here that the second minion is always only a recolor of the first one! So its less work, designwise and so on. The moogle minion is supposed to look like our good dragon-friend Khal Myk, so a recolor would make less sense here - and apparently they decided not to design a second, new minion (and gave us shoes instead... comfy looking shoes, that I'd like irl...)
