Spiritualist Job

When thinking about a way to make a job that has the ability to use all spells and skills from every job and class like a Freelancer or Storyteller, and seems to fit with the theme of Final Fantasy XIV, I thought up the Spiritualist job. What it does is essentially the same in regards to a Freelancer or a Storyteller, but with a twist. That twist is essentially getting to know the soul of a weapon to use it's abilities, as you are basically from an entirely different job borrowing that weapon's abilities. This concept is derived from the fact you need a specific weapon for each job or class. To get to know a soul of a weapon as a Spiritualist, one must Courageously Accept a weapon; which is transferring one's aether unto the weapon's aether, and facing the weapon's soul in battle most commonly, or doing other specific needs of the weapon. ( Example: collecting stuff in the weapon soul's aether realm, etc.) You would equip a soul gem to use this job as usual, and then select the weapon you want to Courageously Accept.

So what do you guys think? I plan on showing all the specifics of this job, in this animated series on Youtube, so whether this concept is accepted or not, no longer matters to me. Just thought I'd say it anyways for old times sake.
