Currently, if you prefer mouseoverto heal, you have to set a macro with /ac [skill] <mo>

This disables queuing of the skill and puts you at a disadvantage against players that feel comfortable with the default targetting option.

Say you want to activate Virus on the main enemy, but you're a Healer so you're targetting friendly players most of the time. By setting Virus to <tt> or <f> via a macro you can ensure it hits the boss without having to tab to it while it is charging up an attack.

I feel that this should not be a requirement - people who prefer a different style of targetting should not have to have 20-40 macro slots taken up by macros that don't macro commands together so much as forcibly change the targetting style of a single skill.

Instead I propose that the player be able to change each skill's targetting style manually. A "Targetting" option should be added to skills, which allows you to choose from all viable methods (ie not <t> for Blood For Blood)
