I spent a lot of gil on the crafted items for my White Mage anima, yeah. I'm not upset about the nerfs though. If anything I'm happy about them because it means I can start working on my bard anima. That 210 step was the WORST part of this current relic chain.

We've done this dance over and over, you know its going to get nerfed. You know it will get nerfed hard.
Personally I have used the nerfs to work on a second relic. As I do not want to make the same effort as I did on the first.

The 'problem' in my own little opinion, is that relic stages are not brought out early enough. There isn't enough time for those who worked hard and fast at it to enjoy its power before the quests are lessened.

Another problem that occurs because the Dev team is so tiny perhaps? #giveXIVmorestaffSE?

That step they nerfed came out 6months ago? I think it's fine. I have 2 i240 relics so I think I'd fall into the group that would be annoyed but I could care less if they nerf it. It's the umbrite that is the pain in the butt anyway. But, even if they nerfed that, its fine. There's a new step soon to do anyway.

As far as letting people buy the crafted items with seals... Great? I don't see why that's a problem either. I know people sell the crafted items for decent gil. I do too...and ...they still sell? They do sell for much less now, but you can easily spam them now since HQ not required. The materials to craft them are in more demand if anything. Which is great for gatherers... I don't think anyone crafting should really get too hung up on only making any particular thing for a long period of time. It just leads to marketboard fighting and that's boring as heck. New recipes coming soon too anyway.
