So Why Won't The Launcher Remember The ID?

I have the game installed on three PCs and on each one I set the "Remember Square Enix ID" option on the launcher and on two of the three PCs it does .. but not the third!

All are basically configured the same, Windows 7 plus most patches (but excluding the GWX garbage), all use the same login name and password and all have UAC disabled.

So, I can determine any difference but clearly there is something, I'm presuming some account privilege or other but for the life of me I can't figure it.

Clearly it's not exactly game-stopping but it gets kind of old having to keyin an ID created specifically to be somewhat secure every time on just one of the PCs.

Anyone any idea what this difference might be?

Note that the other settings in the Launcher, such as the "Auto-download content" and "Use DX11" ARE being saved so per se the Launcher's remembering of settings is working.
