    They probably didn't say why because they assumed ppl are smart enough to know what they did be be banned or suspended.

    This is rough, sorry to hear that this happened to you.

    Just for FYI, this games user agreement is not the only thing you agree to when playing this game, you also agree to abide by SE's parent companies SEA privacy policy and terms of service. In this regard, the things you are requesting are disclosed in SEA's terms of service agreement.

    "By using any service offered by Square Enix you agree to this terms of service."

    "No player has ownership to any game content." (Section 1,4, and 5 have full details) this section stipulates that SE can delete, suspend, or terminate your service with or without notice.

    "The player and SE do not have a confidential relationship" (section 5.A(ii)) this just means they will not share potential information that will go against their privacy policies (evidence of investigation)

    Lastly, if you wanted to, by agreeing to play this game, the moment you click "I agree to the ToS" you waive your right to jury trial (section 12)
