If the paladin is supposed to be great again we need to get rid of the situational skills like Cover, Tempered Will and Clemency. Reworked trait for the Awareness would alo be good.
I would like to see something like this:
Cover - Take 10% of physical and magical damage intended for another party member, increase their damage and healing by 5%. The additional enmity being counted for the paladin and the skill itself working like a single target "song".
Clemency - Instant cast, off GCD. The heal being delayed based on the weapon skill speed. Additional effect: If the target is above 75% HP it gets shielded instead of healed for the same amount.
Awareness trait - Attackers get 10 sec. debuff with 50% chance they can hit themselves - working only on basic skills and autos. Refresh upon hit - this would help a little bit with the aoe
Tempered Will - Remove and prevent slow, knockbacks and crowd control skills basically anything that is hindering the character like sleep or confusion from THE WHOLE PARTY. Now the skills is awesome lifesaver.
Might be slightly OP but I would like to see these changes at least on a test server or something.
