A4S problem was the DPS check, and the extreme damage Nisi does.
If you let Big doll self-destruct, or/and sacrifice to regulators, it's considered cheesing. Only around 10-20 groups (Maybe less) managed to do A4S legitimately.

Sorry, but extreme damage? No. Nisi required very minimal healing - one targeted Cure/Physick/Adlo + Regens was enough to keep the person alive. Never, with any co-healer, have I had to discuss with them how to handle Nisi. It's always spot heal, or 'I'll throw a Cure on top one, you on bottom' and WHM/AST regening them.
Even if the group decided to do the 'legitimate' strat, which is overall frowned upon because 'over complex, why do it when we can just sac and not deal with Nisi entirely?', the healers would only need to do the above healing method each time passed. It was not extreme in any way, shape, or form in comparison to other damage mechanics in Gordias/Midas.
'Extreme damage' is more like preys in A8S, Bio in A6S and A8S, the death Sizzlebeam in A7S, Cascades in A3S... Nisi is a semi-potent DoT that gets less potent the longer its on. It was nothing to deal with.

Then why did 95-98% of raiders cheese it? If it was so easy, people would've stuck with Nisi.Sorry, but extreme damage? The reason the cheese was better was the extreme damage Manipulator exploded after it's defeat on Final Leg. You had to reset Nisi to high potent Dot levels again before it went for the explosion.
Anyway, back on topic.

Cheesed it because the mechanic of passing it was more complicated than just saccing three people. It had absolutely nothing to do with the damage from it. Its the same reason the water mechanic is cheesed in A8S - why deal with an annoying mechanic when you can just negate it entirely? Then why did 95-98% of raiders cheese it? If it was so easy, people would've stuck with Nisi.

But yes, back to lurking on topic.
