Hi,I remember FCOB was ez and ppl complained about it so we had Gordias thE hardest raid,hc ppl loved it,part of mc ppl enjoyed it,the reason ppl who loved it was the challenge.I was happy to not clear turns cuz that gave me strenght to keep going,improve,i was happy when i cleared.Than we have the mc ppl frustated about how hard it was.Midas easier thangordias, less dps check,easier in general,hc players werent happy but they had fun,semi-hc players? Happy. Mc ppl?Happy.Soft ppl?Unhappy. Yoshi said next raid wil be easier than midas!. thats my feeling about it:HC players will quit.SEMI-hc players will clear it fast so they will see nothing to do and quit.At some point mc players will clear and nothing to do..soft players will be unhappy and complain because this is their lifestyle,complain cry they want everything fast , max lv weapon asap! So here we are : Gordias made some people quit - Midas was good for every1 i didnt hear any1say i quit cuz of Midas! Next savage ppl quit.

I'm not sure it matters. In coil you got 4 unique bosses you couldn't fight anywhere else, a unique set of gear you couldn't get anywhere else, and a small extra story arc... Alexander savage offers NONE of that. Regardless of how much they make it easier, only 2% of people are going to do it because theres still an easier mode that 98% of the players will be content with.

The fact there is an easier mode isn't neccessarily a problem imo. The fact it can be beaten in 1-2 hours kinda is though.

If the easier mode is set to be "FCOB difficulty"(whatever the hell that means) Than its only going to bring back the same frustrations with content from before, with even less trust of the general playerbase and a heavier reliance on statics. if there is still a lack of interesting content in the face of a harder raid, its not going to solve the issue, just push its biggest problems back onto a different section of the playerbase.

Since Midas was reportedly set to be between Second and Final Coil in difficulty, next tier could simply be FCoB-level difficulty, which would be fine to me. Not like every raider is going to clear it in a week.

This turned out to be untrue. Like Ratfinx and the robots are, maybe. Brute Justice is way harder than anything in Second Coil though.
