Makes sense but can they also be desynthed for mats?Prices will probably come down if people buy with seals to sell them on the market. The mats for the actual crafted ones are probably still priced at a premium and may not be worth it in comparison. Diadem mats and Dawnborne Aethersand, so much easier to get the items via seals instead.
I doubt that.Prices will probably come down if people buy with seals to sell them on the market. Prices are held high by Diadem mat prices. People hate that place, so they are scarce and expensive.
20K GC seals can be turned into other mats that easily give 160K-200K Gil. Anyone selling the relic things for less than that would be a fool.
I love how all this 'the old relic was better' boils down to 'well, at least that 1 fight out of 5 for the first step out of 7 steps of the relic was kinda fun"This is achieved by adding additional amounts of MEANINGFUL rewards or by making drops not guaranteed.
Making things easier and less time consuming will just make people complain about having nothing to do rather than complaining about how tedious the existing content is.
A Relic Reborn was entertaining because there was a "challenge" aspect of needing to beat Titan HM, which at the time (partly due to the rate at which the servers tracked people's positions) was not easy for a lot of people.

I sure know that its different but Im also sure it isnt expensive (checking other servers if Im bored and there isnt much of a difference at all I mean I was on a very small server who made them higher price than most server that I checked across all datacentres)no matter which server you are on. I dont spent much time on getting gil or craft and its still easy to get gil. Gil is smth you can get while being offline you dont have to be online 24/7 to make gil also buying mats/gather them have a crafter as friend etc. all those things can help you to achieve this. Oh wait people have to be social for that I forgot. Its the fault of the players who dont check stuff and just assume market board price are fair. So many people buy glamour stuff for 3m gil which cost like 200k to make thats how players are (some of those people dont even have much gil and spent everything they have cause of such stuff). Hell there are some mats from ARR that are so easy to farm for gil from coils/desynth coil gear aint no way I believe its hard to make money these times. Even ARR maps can give you mats worth alot (mariner cotton cloth) or check patchnotes a friend of mine checked patchnotes and bought all of the mariner cotton cloth for like 8k each and sold them for 400-500k each. But okay if you really have no time for doing a few coil runs/map etc then maybe relic is not the right thing for you? Because in the end you will stuck at the other steps anyways. Dunno why people waited for this nerf in general when the step came out and if you did dailies and maybe 1 hr of farming or less each day you could have it months ago.Prices always depends on your server. What may be cheap for your server may be expensive elsewhere. And there are those people who don't have hours upon hours (some of us have jobs) to play this game who have a much more difficult time earning gil than those that do have the time.
Please tell me you are new to the game *facepalm*. Next content patch is 3.4 which comes late september and everyone knows that since the time of big content patches/content patch and small nerf/fix patches are always the same you may want to check when last content patch got released so idk how u you thought this was a content patch + it was stated that this patch will just add gobdip and anima nerfs very early. Next patch (late september) will have alot of content and the final raid tier of alexander etc. (more infos in the coming liveletter) then 2 weeks later there will be 3.45 which will end season 2 of the feast etc. really not hard to know what patches are coming rly. your comment is just really meh
They really could still stand to nerf the FATEs aspect of the Animus books. Waiting or camping for 3 FATEs that spawn only every 2-5 hours is NOT FUN. I'll stand for having to do 1. 3 is a little much.Huh... Didn't expect to be able to do 4 Anima weapons this morning... Shame I refuse to farm FATEs, can we nerf the Zodiac quests at some point? The whole Light farming aspect is redundant at this point, pre-3.0 it got people queuing for content to farm Light and boost queues, now I just enter Sastasha solo and burn through my sanity at an alarming rate...
If they up the values for collecting lights during the Nexus and Zeta parts of it, that'd be great, too. But that's asking for a little too much.
Got a friend asking me if it's a bug moogle tokens required for unidentified items didn't get reduced. Without going through all of this, has this been brought up or addressed? I told him it may just be intentional in an attempt to get people back to the older tribes, but he wants to see if SE might change this as he's holding a bunch of moogle tokens.
I don't think they're gonna change this. They seem to set it up so that 3.0 beastmen can get you one of the items in 2 days.Got a friend asking me if it's a bug moogle tokens required for unidentified items didn't get reduced. Vath and Vanu - 6 tokens. one per quest, 3 quests a day, 3 tokens a day
Moogles - 18 tokens. 3 per quest, 3 quests a day, 9 tokens a day
