Forming a new MC-HC Static for next raid tier evening est

Looking to form a strong group with reliable & skilled people for next raid tier

So alittle about me im a uk player who has not been in static since Gordias AS3 quit in October out of frustration with unreliable members and some sloppy tanks/heals/dps and bad raid awareness, returned in February and have been pugging As5, Niddhog EX and the odd as6 learning party when a random one pops up on pf and im sure you know how much of mixed bag that is, So i figured why not start my own group that is reliable and does care about the other members time keeping.

This will hopefully be a group that has a very serious mindset with hardcore play in mind knowing your classes ins and outs is a must, Ilvl 235 atleast and Ilvl 240 Weapons or above please.

We ofcourse need to get to know each other as group so you would have to be willing to run current content ie primals and some Alexander Content to get feel where we all are as a group

So the idea is i wanna form a group that is not just a bunch of people who just raid together but a way to bring skilled and reliable people who respect other people's time keeping and become good friends with like minded players who want to raid and run content together.

We intend to run around 5pm/6pm est - 9/10pm est 3-4 days a week (Possible off days too if and when the group wants do extra) days are still to be confirmed but will involve weekdays and weekends.

We do not require any current experience in the current raid tier but do expect very high dps great raid awareness and this is a big one excellent communication in and outside of raid, Gonna be late let us know Cant make it to raid give us a heads up as soon as possible, and lastly a working mic and access to Discord this will be sociable group outside of raid lets have fun chatting whatever and about stuff in the game.

Am interested... Am a 240 bard 1% in A7S had to leave my previous static due to my husband getting in a really bad auto accident and became the prime caretaker.... At this moment i simply log in do one or two dailies and then leave since you can't go into a7s or above in pf and clear. The hours are perfect for me due to my active military so i stopping raid at 2200 is great considering alot of raid want to go pass midnight. My character in Gilgamesh is Auldinne Juicie.

My situation is kind of similar to yours. I was on Odin and our raid group got to Gordias AS3 but then things started to crumble, far to many reasons why.
I took a long break but when I returned felt I needed a new start, so I transferred to Gilgamesh.

While happy with this choice finding a raid group has been a fruitless en-devour.
I can play any of the three tanks,but main War and my aptitude for learning mechanics is fast, we all wipe learning from those wipes is how we progress.

Interested in your hours and day amount. I've mained bard from 2.0 through to now; however, I'm willing to roll dragoon for 3.4. I haven't used DRG in any prog content previously though.
