[Coeurl][MC][Static] LF DRG/MNK. We have cleared A8S and LF 3.4+ prog

Hey there! Our static has recently cleared A8S (no sac) and are now trying to prepare for 3.4. Our DRG/MNK has IRL stuff going on so we're trying to find a replacement.
So to tell you guys a little about our group:

* Been raiding since Binding Coil 1 and have a very stable group.
* Goal of the group each raid tier is to down all fights before nerfs, which we have achieved consistently with the exception of A4S
* We raid every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 - 12-1 AM EST with a 3rd (and sometimes 4th) day scheduled over the weekend depending on team availability
* We are a very friendly bunch, we do a lot of things together in game, outside of raiding and occasionally outside of FFXIV as well. Very team oriented.

What we are looking for:

* Be able to take constructive and helpful criticism. (This is very important)
* Know your job and rotation thoroughly and be willing to optimize depending on each fight.
* Have a positive attitude and willingness to talk over voice chat. (Discord primarily, secondary TS if Discord is down)
* Patience. People make mistakes, some people learn at different rates. Speak up if you feel it's needed, but getting angry helps no one.
* And finally, we are not just looking for a raid member, but friend to have fun and enjoy the game with!

Nice to have but not required:

* We don't expect you to have A8S cleared but it would be nice! We don't mind teaching people who are willing to learn if they have the drive to be the best they can be.
* To be able to play both Dragoon and Monk depending on the fight and what we need.
* Self sufficient for food and pots.
