Legendary Nodes "minimum" stats for 95% collect 15% hq?

Has anyone figured out the minimum stats for these?

We know gathering is lower than 876 and higher than 849 for the hardest 3.3 nodes
We also know perception is lower than 860.

1* items 93%/14%

I'm not sure what my 2* percentages are. Probably around 5% less.

Gets me 95%/15% so it's around 860-867 and you will need to affix materia even with the best current gear because without it you'll only have 849. i also advise you to get 650 GP for Sharp Vision so can you get that last 5%.

I can confirm that all legendary nodes are now 95%/15% (I have all 3 miner books unlocked).

From my observations the threshold is 860 for gathering to be 95%. Sorry I did not pay as much attention to perception but my gut feeling is that is around 855 to be 15%.

I have all Augmented lvl 200 left hand side gear (pick axe too) and HQ IW belt, sledgehammer and accessories.

Melds are mostly to support natural 650 GP with minimal overmelds, which is all I need.

Gathering is 860 for 95%
Perception is 860 for 15%
I did personally test values of 859 and 860 to confirm the exact value for caps at least.

1 star and 2 star legendaries have the exact same values for 95/15, just different minimum stats to collect.
Odd thing to take from this is the possibility that 3 star nodes may also have this 860/860 cap, and simply have a higher minimum threshold.
Be slightly upsetting for some people when 3.4 drops if they're 50+ points over caps, but future proofing gear is always a gamble on overshooting /shrug
