90ks and ridiculous lag

This game was perfect for me for about 2 weeks. no lag, no 90ks. no nothing. Til a few days ago. Wtfh is up with that? Why can't we ever have consistency? Why can't this game ever run smoothly? It needs to be fixed. It needs to be somewhat permanently fixed. This is insane. It's like SE is just allowing me to be blissfully happy, then take it away. Just like that. <.< It's getting old. lol

Myself, I have a Network on good days that can maintain connections for Netflix/Hulu while running XI on my laptop and playing XIV on my PS4 while also voice chatting with people, and other days can run XIV on my PS4 and then crash the whole network if my laptop turns on when it doesn't like. ISPs play a big part in your ability to maintain a connection, I would also look into making sure your Router and Modem, if you use one or both, are up to date. Routers and the like usually auto-update, which is why it's alright to leave them on 24/7 in some capacity, but if they get outdated hardware wise they can affect your connection speeds and data transfer rates. It isn't always SE's fault ha. Check all of that if you can to determine what the sudden connection issues could have came from.

A few of my raid members have been having problems as well. I wonder if its server based since my raid members have ultra crazy speed internet, yet i have junky slow internet and i haven't lagged. Whichever it is, it is annoying and breaking our raiding fun.

I've been having this same issue all day, even to the point that I got DC'd mid dungeon run. Running dungeons, crafting, even talking to an NPC. Never have I experienced the amount of lag that I'm receiving from the game today. I know it's not my network/ISP. My ping is doing just fine.
