Would you please remove the light party requirement for project completion

I understand that it's supposed to be FC cooperation but it's frustrating when it's a thing like a wheel. Even for airship parts it's rough with a small FC and I hate bugging my linkshells to come out for it. =/

That limitation means nothing when you can just pf 3 random people to come hop by to "help". Especially when the "help" is literally standing there.
