For what it's worth OP, most crafters don't mind hopping over for 5 minutes and helping you meet requi on this.

If they did want to make an incentive for it, they could give the 4 people doing it a Craftsmanship and Control buff for an hr. I'm not usually looking for excuses to not craft but if I can do a better job at it, that sounds good.

I don't know about other servers, people always pay to the people who help. Anywhere between 10,000 gil to 100,000 gil per person.
