Folk Lore Book alabathian spine bugged

Recently acquired enough seals to get my first book for folk lore.

Upon using the book I got the standard "tips" message pop up saying new stuff will be added to my gathering log. Went to the required fishing hole (habisphere ) and cannot get the skill fish eyes to work correctly. "unable to detect any.."

There are no fish in the Habisphere that require fish eyes to catch actually, even with the folklore tome. Only spot in Azys Lla that fish eyes works I think is on the flagship when it's thunder weather.

I was under the impression the turtle required fish eyes , stpendemys 0.o oh will I feel silly if I'm wrong ������

Stupendemys is just stupendously rare, so I see why you would think there was some extra requirements for catching it
