Nope, because (ready the shame bell) I am not super huge into all of the FF7 spinoffs and such. I'm sure that given it belongs to a FF character the single wing makes him fly just like Superman, but I just imagine how people would look actually flying with one wing. And it is hilarious.

If you look at picture it is 2 wings. Small one under big one.

Just a side note, you should if you get a chance, play Crisis Core. Not because of FF7 fandom, but because it's an amazing game that doesn't eat up too much time for what it is.
