payment error code i2501:account blocked?

Hi.

For the past few days I've got a error code i2501 for every payment attempt I tried to make. It just happened after I used Paypal to buy some crysta(i didn't make any payment in mog station except adding game time cards before). And i was unable to make any payment including adding a game time card now. I contacted the chat support and they confirm that my account was blocked, however they couldn't provide me any detailed information such as the reason and the time of releasing, instead they gave me a lot of different suggestion such as "using a Firefox", "wait for 24/48 hours" and "wait for 30 days without any payment attempt", and they didn't know whether it can work.
My game time is going to expire and i even don't know when my account can be released and i can continue to play, neither the reason of being blocked. I looked back to my Paypal and it showed the payment was succeed and my money was taken by SE without any failure. So why can't I get any details about it?

Same here can't purchase nothing off of mog station. Ever since they added the new outfit.

if you have multiple accounts or multiple transactions roughly around the same time, your account gets flagged by SE's merchant services and the sites blocks you on all future transactions until you talk to customer service via phone

Contact the chat support for 5 times and temporarily solved.
The chat support said something similar to you, but I cannot find anything about things like multiple accounts, so I guess maybe paypal is one of the reasons, too.
The customer service released my account and I asked my friend to add a game time card for me. But my IP still blocked.
