Definitely votekick and report.

Even if they were queued with one friend, if that other person agrees with the kick, the kick will go through.
And if it doesn't, they kick you and you're free from further abuse.

I have no idea if reporting people has ever resulted in anything being done to players like this, but GMs do ask for timestamps to help them look up the instance and logs relating to the incident. So if they can find it and confirm it was bad and unprovoked, maybe it goes on their record.

No. You can guarantee that the guy in your pictures would have given you one. Best case scenario is that he gets -3 in return, but the most likely outcome is going to be -1 each.

I'm not going to talk about my religious or political views, because this is not the place for it. However, I don't think bad commendations are necessary either it sorta promotes condemning a person when they could learn from their mistakes. Because this player acted the way they did you have the right to report them & not get a good commendation from anyone. So they lost out & could have potential punishment because of their actions, I feel that's all that is necessary.

Please report this player though! I don't know who taught people to act like this or why their in mmo's thinking it's ok to act like this but we really need filth like this cleaned up out of the community, or taken cared of because this type of attitude ruins gameplay for a lot of people!

I know there is no real way to report someone for hate speech as such due to the nature of cross server/platform and many of the same names. but people like that should not be allowed to freely act as seen above Without punishment of some kind.
Most the dungeon he/she was pulling trying to rush and also in most parts just stopped playing altogether and stood there.
If I am in the wrong in what I asked and said then tell me. but I do not think I am.

I Did not suggest anything. If you read the Tittle i asked. Is there anyway to rate a player I.E bad commendation i guess?
I did not say that should be in the game i asked if there was a system Similar to how commendations work but for people like that in the SS.
And so far Only thing i can do is report to GM and hope they get dealt with

I thought the vote system worked as in most other games where you need a majority vote to kick said player. as he/she was in a party with another i did not think a 2/2 vote would work.
It also was not a conversation. it was one person throwing insults for no reason.

Ahh.. Well if it's 4 man PT as long as you had a 3 votes it would kick him. If the motion was rejected then leave it to your decision whether or not that Toxic Player worth affecting your play time. Personally my choice I would have not put up with his attitude and told the Party I'm offer a vote to kick him or I'm out. I've done this few times to remove few toxic players out of the dng. Players realize isn't not worth losing a good tank over toxic player in my exp.
