I don't really believe this. Twitter and mob justice has shown otherwise where group think becomes group attack. Social media has really shown that people will only abuse that power, and people are already too quick to jump to accusations and personal attacks. They do this all very visibly and publicly while encouraging others to join in on the fun. Reddit's FFXIV forum can't even use the downvote button in the correct manner. I wouldn't give those people the ability to publicly name players if they can't handle an arrow mechanic properly.
