Is there anyway to rate a player I.E bad commendation i guess?

There are no bad comms, however you can always take screenshots and report the person to a GM in game via the support desk.

Also, I would edit your images or remove them. I'm not 100% sure but I think it's against the rules to display people's names like that. Usually they will be blurred out if someone is showing a chat log.

Might want to hide the names. "Naming and shaming" goes against the forum rules.

You can report players for harassment even if you don't know what server they're on. Just make sure to include their name, the time of the incident, and what instance you were in in your report so the GMs can find the chat logs.

I do hope you report this as that player made some truly disgusting comments.

Screenshots are unnecessary and unwanted. Just tell the GM the time (include time zone!), the name of the instance or zone, and the name of the abuser. Screenshots can be doctored, and so are not admissible as evidence of any kind.

I thought the vote system worked as in most other games where you need a majority vote to kick said player. as he/she was in a party with another i did not think a 2/2 vote would work.
It also was not a conversation. it was one person throwing insults for no reason.

You do need a majority for a kick - however, the person BEING kicked does not get a vote. There are only three people voting, so if two agree, that's a majority.
