Is there anyway to rate a player I.E bad commendation i guess?

I thought the vote system worked as in most other games where you need a majority vote to kick said player. as he/she was in a party with another i did not think a 2/2 vote would work.
It also was not a conversation. it was one person throwing insults for no reason.

Ahh.. Well if it's 4 man PT as long as you had a 3 votes it would kick him. If the motion was rejected then leave it to your decision whether or not that Toxic Player worth affecting your play time. Personally my choice I would have not put up with his attitude and told the Party I'm offer a vote to kick him or I'm out. I've done this few times to remove few toxic players out of the dng. Players realize isn't not worth losing a good tank over toxic player in my exp.
