Reclaim Crag mask

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this question, but i seem to have lost my Crag Mask (most likely dropped it while freeing up space). Anyone know have to reclaim it, it isn't with the calamity salvager and i don't know where else to look.

If it isnt from the Calamity Salvager then you cannot reclaim it. Some items cannot be reclaimed once lost or destroyed.

I would suggest sending a support ticket asking for it to be replaced. They should be able to confirm that your account is flagged to receive the item so I don't see why they wouldn't be able to send you a new one.

They couldn't give me back my cascadier uniform vouchers after I got rid of them awhile back. Though, their reasoning was that it was too long ago (lol). Still kinda ticked off about that.

I wonder if that's perhaps because they wanted to look at the logs to see if you'd dropped them or not. There may be some arbitrary amount of time beyond which the logs are discarded. I can understand your frustration though.

There could be! You only get a one time item restore per account... OP needs to decide if they want to use it on this

I do hope they make the maid/butler/masks storable in the Wardrobe soon. Or at the very least, repurchasable from the Calamity Salvager. My inventory is aching under the strain, and I don't want to drop them since they can't be replaced!
