So... just now I had a friend link me the "Cait Sith ears" in game, just now. He was linked them himself from someone in his linkshell, w/o even an explanation. He's not one to really keep up with this sorta thing, so he linked them to me since he knows I love all things glamours. Obviously I threw him for a loop when I had a gasped kind of speechless noise over TS just now when he showed them to me... seeing as they aren't even out or available yet (I mean Fanfest hasn't even happened yet either for it to be from there.) So.... anyone know how this is even possible? Also obligatory screenie below....

It's still on pre-order meaning you can't actually obtain one through that means yet, so not sure why you linked that. (Unless they decided to change how plushie codes work, but I don't see that since I never received an email with my code in it, and I've had it pre-ordered since it first came out to pre-order.)

however, i think you can link any item when you type in the number of the item it has in the databank. but not too sure how it works xD

Yes and no. France has its own store named Square Enix Boutique (https://www.square-enix-boutique.com/) while the EU store is named Square Enix Online Store (https://store.eu.square-enix.com/eu).
