    Patch 3.38, 8/23

    My Japanese is rusty aka pretty good but not 100% trustworthy but I believe it says:

    1) They're nerfing the 210 Anima Step(Unidentified)

    2) Allowing "casuals"(me ) to upgrade Lore weapons to 240 finally

    But when is 3.4
