
Consider that each difficulty level multiplies the amount of time the developers and testers have to spend on each dungeon!
That said, I don't actually dislike the idea, I just question its feasibility, especially in Option 2's case. It's much easier to design a dungeon once, for a particular level range.
Now, what /I'd/ like to see is level sync functionality, personally, to solve this problem, although it'll be a while before I have every job I'm interested in leveling leveled past Toto-Rak level.
Ooh, yeah, I'd love to see not only Level Sync, but Level Caps. Like in XI - low level content remains challenging, and there's actually a reason to hang onto old gear.
