Primal Extremes, why so hard to que?

tbh if you're doing them synced, you will still need people that have at least a rough idea of the fight, they can't be yoloed, and if you df them you will for sure get people that know nothing of the fight.

I sometimes get them in my mentor roulette.
Despite giving a brief explanation of the mechs at the beginning, in Ramuh we still had a tank that never picked up any orbs and voked the boss, so we wiped in about 45 seconds. This happened three times, even tho we "reminded" the tank of what he needed to do.

And shiva still has the sword that needs sharing with the group, and bash which will wipe the group if aimed at them. and the arrows which are instawiped if you even get that far

it's not much fun.
you are better just getting a couple of buds and going in unsynced

In 2.x I remember a guy who got his titan ex win in df. Took him 80 something tries. Even before 60 cap it was generally considered masochistic to queue those fights in df. Now if you could queue in df to do it unsynched that'd be a whole different story. Would be a great feature to implement! *coughcough*

i cleared all 2.x ex primals in duty finder. the toughest one was Odin. Took 40 minutes and about 5 wipes. Mog King still caused some wipes but once the mechanics are explained it's pretty easy. Shiva was also kinda tough since communication is needed on where everyone should stand.

Party finder all the way, if you want to farm. DF is pure poison for the primal extremes. I've queued into them plenty of times for mentor roulette. Some of them, especially Garuda, you can clear with DF. Shiva and Ramuh have been failures every time.
