Static looking for Scholar for A8S farm and 3.4 progression

Our Phoenix based linkshell static is currently looking for a capable Scholar (a solid White Mage or Astrologian would be considered too) for A8S farm and 3.4 progression. As a group we're very team orientated and each of our members are motivated and driven to push themselves individually and as a group.

Ideally we're looking for someone who:

1. Has a solid grasp of the class - both in terms of mitigation and damage - and is able to execute things as planned

2. Is patient and enjoys improving themselves from week to week is mechanically capable

3. Has access to Teamspeak and is able to communicate in English

4. Enjoys pushing themselves both as an individual and as a group, which includes the ability to coordinate with your co-healer

5. A7S experience or higher prefered (exceptions will always be considered).

Our current schedule is Monday to Thursday, 7 to 10pm server time, with potential optional days if we are close to a kill. On the flip side, some of our members do have occasional real life commitments, but they know of these in advance and everyone is generally capable and willing to plan around them if necessary.
