Moving servers

I've been looking into moving servers, and from what I've heard Phoenix seems like the best choice so far. I just have some questions I was hoping some Phoenix players might be able to answer:

How busy is it during peak time?
What can you normally find in PF? Are there a lot of raid groups?
How do you find the community?
How large is the English speaking population compared to other languages?
What's the housing situation like?

Any information would be greatly appreciated. \o/

I'm not really sure how to answer you first question since i couldnt compare it to other servers but i would say its busy not anywhere near being dead but not as busy as balmung or gilga.

Pf usually is full with Pony/Bird Farms, FCs recruiting, Raid Groups looking for members, Weekly Savage Kills, Savage/Primal Kill sales. Stuff like that.

Community wise there are alot of friendly people on phoenix but also alot of trolls and the undercutting is very bad.

Well you will find some other languages than just english on phoenix but its not as bad as shiva or moogle. Actually the english speaking population is rather high here.

Housing situation : no empty wards

I would recommend you making a alt first and check it out yourself. But make sure you create that alt late night or early morning

Hmm, it sounds quite similar to the server I'm already on. The undercutting is terrible here lol.

I have made an alt there, though I've not levelled it enough to get a real impression. ;;

Phoenix is a good choice if you're wanting to switch, I switched from Zodiark about 7 months ago, Phoenix is a lot more friendly in my opinion.
