    If you're just looking for fleece in bulk, I would suggest just taking a step outside Limsa towards the first camp and go on a rampage for about half an hour or so. Then Hasty Hand all the skins you get.

    The mob that drops fleece is the brutal sheep. you can find them in coerthas around downy dunstan and when runnung towards owls nest.
