    Best recipes for luminary achievements?

Now that I'm starting to catch up on my crafting progression, I decided I'd take another shot at the luminary achievements. That is the achievements that require crafting a large quantity of items in different level brackets from 1-50.

For those that have luminary tools, what kinds of items did you use to clear the upper end achievements? All my craft classes need the 31-40 bracket (1500 items IIRC) and the 41-50 bracket (3000 items).

Also, what do I need to do to maintain my sanity when I attempt these? =(

For 41-50 on goldsmith I crafted a ton of Aetheryte rings, among other things. I don't remember if I got the achievement or not yet though.

It only requires you to get gold ore and a water cluster.
The copper ore you can buy from a vendor and it's very cheap.

It just takes time to get gold ore and water clusters, but it's not too bad.
Also, if you desynth aetheryte rings, you have a high chance to get the rose gold nugget back OR a fieldcraft II demimateria, which has tons of uses.

For blacksmith or armorer, you can do darksteel nuggets, because they are used in so many other recipes.

As a general rule of thumb, you don't want to do things that A.) can't be quick synthed, B.) can't be stacked, C.) use other mats that needed to be crafted first, D.) use unspoiled node mats and E.) use clusters. Aetheryte rings fall under 4 of those categories (and would have fallen under all 5 back in the day) and are not really a great idea if you are trying to synth 3000 of them for the achievement. It's going to take an astronomical amount of time to synth all those when you could spend a fraction of the time and resources on something simpler.

Electrum Ingots are best for Goldsmith 41-50. Cobalt Ingots are best for Blacksmith and Armorer 41-50. In general, whatever the ingot, lumber, yarn, etc is for that level bracket will be the easiest thing to quick synth down for the achievement. For 41-50 Alchemist I found Potent Blinding Potions were the easiest since you can buy all three ingredients from vendors. For culinarian 41-50 you are in luck since you can actually buy Rolanberries from the Moonfire vendor who sells the shaved ice, which you could previous not buy! So just buy all the Rolanberries and Night Milk you need and craft Rolanberry Cheese to your heart's content.

To add onto this I've decided to help fill the rest of OP's wishlist for Luminary grinding. My main focus is selling for a profit or making extremely cheap items. Be sure to stock up on a TON of shards, as making a luminary for just one class can use over 14k shards of one element.

31-40: Oak Lumber is the cheapest option here.
41-50: Rosewood Lumber is probably the best choice for using Shards. Depending on your server prices, a profitable choice is Spruce lumber, though it uses Crystals instead of Shards.
    • BSM
31-40: Mythril Rivets is a good choice if you buy the ingots from the Amalj'aa. Mythril ingots would probably be more profitable at a cost of less synths per stack. Ingot synth also uses 1 less shard.
      41-50: Cobalt Ingot like above.
    • ARM
      31-40: Refer to 31-40 BSM.
      41-50: Refer to 41-50 BSM.
    • GSM
31-40: Like BSM and ARM, Mythril Ingot is a safe choice. Some alternatives are Heliodor, Amethyst, Goshenite, Peridot, Aquamarine, and Garnet. These only need one of the raw version and may be surprisingly cheap on the MB.
41-50: Electrum Ingots are a safe choice here. If the MB is willing try out Zircon, Turquoise, Rubellite, Amber, Tourmaline, and Spinel.

31-40: Best choices are Boar Leather and Peiste Leather.
41-50: Raptor Leather is probably the best option. Dodore Leather may be cheaper depending on prices as it uses a crystal.
    • WVR
31-40: Linen Yarn into Undyed Linen is a great option. Woolen Yarn into Undyed Wool can be considered if prices are taken into consideration.
41-50: No great choices here. Undyed Felt can be expensive but is one of the few crafts that stack for this level range, not counting starred recipes.
    • ALC
31-40: Blinding Potion is the best option here. You can buy all the materials from the Kobold Beast Tribe Vendor.
41-50: Unfortunately you cannot get Ochu vines from a vendor. Despite that Potent Blinding Potions looks like the cheapest option here.
    • CUL
31-40: Cream Cheese is a cheap craft. Simply make Sweet Cream from vendor'd Buffalo Milk and buy the Night Milk from the Sahagin Beast Tribe Vendor.
41-50: Thanks to the Moonfire event, Rolanberry Cheese is a very cheap craft to make right now! Buy the Night Milk from the Sahagins.

    I hope this helps!
