Limit breaks

No weapon skills are... weapon skills lol. Limit breaks are powerful moves that we can use with a big limit on it. TP moves are not limit breaks.

Weapon Skill: Do damage and take damage to accumulate a secondary resource meter that you can spend to do a more powerful attack.

Limit break: Do damage and take damage to accumulate a secondary resource meter that you can spend to do a more powerful attack.

What you're arguing for are bigger weapon skills.
