    How to cancel my payment for the game?

    Hi, I no longer play the game due to them changing the battle format back in July (and making another FF11). I would like to cancel my payment plan that way I am not charged when the fees begin. Can someone help me figure this out please?

    I dont see another FFXI. But if you're going to cancel because of that then...lol

    Essentially, go into your account, under services and options, select service, select Final Fantasy XIV, then click on Cancel Service.

    You shouldn't have to do anything. Automatic payment is being disabled for all accounts before billing begins. Players will have to manually re-enable automatic payment if they decide to keep playing. So, if you do nothing, you won't be billed and will be unable to log in to FFXIV whenever billing starts, a short while after 1.20.

    You do not need to anything at all. SE will cancel all recurring autmotatic payments for every player, even the ones that will continue playing.
