Nidhogg EX gives you 235 weapons.
Palace of the Dead as well.
For 230 weapons, do A8 a couple of times (not entirely sure if the weekly loot lock is gone, if not, will take 7 weeks) to get the tome weapon.
Of course, Midas Savage gives you ilvl 245 weapons if you clear it, but that is quite a different level of difficulty compared to the other content.

There is also the Relic (which is 240 at the current final state), but if you don't like grinding, this one's not for you

Atoli already laid out most of your choices, but I'll clarify that there is indeed still a lock on the Midan gear from A8N so it would take 7 weeks and 1000 lore tomes for the i230 Lore weapon. The Palace of the Dead's i235 weapon is probably the easiest and fastest one to get, and it doesn't require a high ilvl to do that dungeon.

From your post, I'm assuming you already have the i200 eso weapon. You can also upgrade that to i210 by running Void Ark and getting a Mhachi farthing, which you can then trade in for an Illuminati Gobdip.

I'm not sure what an ESO weapon is.
I have the 200 level Seraph Cane Awoken and also the 200 level Antiquated Seraph Can.
