FFXIV x Valkyrie Profile? (Your thought)

The bulk of the game takes place in one world whose Goddess was poisoned and sent into a deep sleep by a jealous sister (of which the poison starts leaking into her world, the most interesting effect leading to the implication that the world in its current state is only a dream of the poisoned Goddess - and that if she were to wake up, the world may end, or at least undergo a massive reset, maybe to a point in time before the poisoning happened).

that's sounds alot like the plot from ff13 lightning returns with the goddess etro getting killed at the end of 13-2 and the chaos (poison) going into the other world inwhich case bhunivelze will wakeup after finishing the new world in 13 days for people to go too aka (massive reset) as you stated with this other goddess dunno the plots just sound similar

I'd really prefer if the dev team focuses on in-game events expanding FFXIV's actual lore, rather than copypasta-ing stories from other media or emulating real-life holiday traditions (second one might be up for debate though, as I get some people find that charming).

Much as I like Valkyrie Profile, I'm good no. I don't want to see other games in our game, I want to see more of our game!

Also it's highly unlikely that it'll ever happen. All the crossover events we've had have been marketing things and VP hasn't really been an active franchise in what, a decade? The series had 2 games in it, 3 if you count the PSP remake of the first game. IF Namco decided to resurrect that series, and IF they happened to be friendly with Yoshi-P it could possibly happen, but seems unlikely to me at least.

What you on about Valkyrie Profile was published by enix not namco SE OWN the IP so even if they wanted to release the costumes even from it they could do so.

Valkyrie Profile made by enix, before they made into square enix. This is why I just want some thought from people because this game made by part of SE too.
