Pokemon Cross event. Please Yoshi P

Since we had a Yokai-Watch cross event. It would be great to a Pokemon Cross event in the near future. If Yoshi P was able to do a deal with Nintendo some how.

Quest could be something like a strange buy appears in the FFXIV ARR and a few the strange creatures that exist in his world have appeared in are world. Not even just that but some of his trained pets have escaped. With the help of Cid talking to the boy aka Ash he has made FFXIV Poke Ball to help you catch the strange creatures lol. Once you caught all of the Pokemon that have escaped from Ash and the ones that have leaked into ARR you get to keep a few as minions lol and let them be near to their original size when you have them as minions.

To capture them you would have to fight them first to weaker them and then have an action which would allow you to automatically throw the Poke Ball lol.

This is just a thought, it would be nice to have something that doesn't evolve around fates when we get a cross event. Fates get a bit boring after sometime.

So basically, the bomb capture event from the moonfire faire event, but worldwide. Sure, that will work out quite well. And what's Nintendo gonna get from this deal? Far as I know, SE and Nintendo are pretty meh with each other.

And stop with the crossovers. FF14 needs to build its own identity instead of piggybacking on other franchises to be noticed.

Well the fact FF14 ARR copied a lot of stuff from WOW that so called identity is something that will take a very long time fully exist and manifest. Just saying.

Please educate yourself on why the Yo-kai Watch event happened... Game Freak and the dev team are a distant spec on each others radar so the event isn't (nor should it) happen. Yo-kai watch happened because of circumstance, not as a business plan.

What about cross-overs with Square's own IPs? I could SERIOUSLY go for a Dragon Quest event, and I'd dig having a slime minion.

Unless we get a feature that lets our minions battle like Pokemon too.... otherwise, I would be indifferent. Especially if it ends up another fate grind.
