Usually outside fc house.

boooo ,but thanks for your answer
Idyllshire typically, though Quarrymill stole some folk away due to Deep Dungeon, and then there have been people doing seasonal events.
Though more broadly, we're in the latter half of an odd patch, which is always pretty quiet. Once people have their main class and one or two subclasses geared up, there's just not a ton to do. People have generally gotten anything they wanted to 60 by now, etc. The later weeks of 2.3 were the quietest part of ARR too.
It used to be that this would be a time for more casual folk to try their hand at raiding and/or EX primals, but SE has done a godawful job incentivizing those in 3.x. Unlock gates, frustrating as they were, served as a good carrot/stick to push people to go outside their comfort zone. Nobody likes having something they still need to unlock. And also of course Coil was unique and not just a hard-mode of something people were DF'ing easily months ago.

thanks for the infohopefully there will be more people once we are out of the odd patch
I have to say, for Ishgard, being the like new Juneo...even from the start the city seemed very empty. It's a shame because I was hoping finally we could have a city where everyone is together. I like how Idyllshire is coming along, but it's so small and boring.
