Gladiator Missing Skills

Hi,

New player here, enjoying the game so far. I like playing tanks in MMO's so decided to level a WAR. I have gotten MRD to 30, GLD to 15, and PUG to 6 so far. I completed the lvl 30 MRD quest and have gotten the WAR soul stone so that seems to be working fine.

Next I was going to level my GLD up from 15 (going after Provoke) but I do not see the ability Shield Lob available. From what I have read, this should be available at lvl 15 but I do not see it in the list. Do I not get all of the GLD actions when playing as a GLD? Here's a screen of my toon as a GLD showing no Shield Lob in Actions. What did I do wrong?

Did you do the lv15 GLD class quest ?

Because the lv15 action is a quest reward not a level earn one

It's a reward for level 15 gladiator quest

As the others have stated, Shield Lob is gained by completing the level 15 class quest available at the GLA's Guild - in fact, this is the same for all classes at level 15, each has a special ability for that level that is only gained by completing a quest for their guild. So go back to the Colosseum and speak to Mylla.
