Triad card question

I'm at about 650,000 MGP spent with 5(!) WoL and no Zidane.
Not as bad as some of the stories here but man is WoL starting to tick me off.

Is there any talk about fixing the cancer of the drop rates on WoL and Zidane? I literally just burnt through 200 packs and got nothing but the usual garbage cards from it.

you can open 50 packs per week just by doing some challenge logs, wheres the problem?

you dont even have to grind to get it sooner or later, just have some patience

Burned through 100+ packs to see a WoL, I think I'll start editing a post every few weeks tracking how many junk cards I get on my road to Zidane -2017.
Not counting any packs opened to get to my first WoL card.

Sep 10th was a pretty good day really, getting 3x 5-star cards out of 124 packs. Funny thing I only got 1 Cid out of this days' packs

I'm at nearly 1M MGP spent on Gold Packs, 3 Zidane but still no WoL. He's become my white whale - so far still enjoying the chase!

Personally, those days are behind me, but I spent well over a million MGP on gold packs, as well, to obtain both Zidane and Warrior of Light. I obtained Zidane rather "quickly", maybe not even 200k MGP spent, but Warrior of Light took a long, loooong time. But look at the bright side. You get more MGP when selling cards now, so you get a lot more MGP back!

I wish they would just add them to the Platinum packs

At least that way I'd have a better chance of winning them because tourneys as I consistently get second and third-place most the tim

Luckily on my server we do not have people win trading for top ratings however it would be nice if we could do cross server triple Triad tournaments where the winners of those would win something higher than a platinum pack

I've been having terrible luck with hob I have 276 wins and no card

Update: So tonight i found myself with about 1.1 million MGP and some time on my hands, so i decided to chase zidane again. I was buying gold packs in stacks of 10, and i FINALLY got him on number 173. Thats another 375k tossed on to the millionish i burned between the first two sessions. Then because i was on a "hot" streak, i decided to finally get the imperial cards from that set. 151 imperial packs later(another 325k), i got all 6 cards. Net cost for todays hunt after subtracting what i got for selling all the extras was 628400 mgp. At least i now have all the pack only cards.

Gotten 2 Zidane's and 0 WoL. Been buying packs like crazy. Just recently reached a Million MGP for Cloud and I'm starting to wonder if I should have bought Gold packs until I got the WoL.
