What to do after rouletes? Minimum item level dungeons (Suggestion to devs)

We have I'm guessing 60 dungeons? But why let them go to waste when you can add a daily quest for each dungeon where the npc asks you to run it at minimum item level to really test how good you are.
Reward? tomestones, gil, and anything else you can think of

I just need more things to do after rouletes....I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one

You are asking for incentive, not something to do - The content is already there.

I don't see why this would be a problem though, I'd do those quests for tomes and gil.

Why do you need a incentive to do everything in the game? If you want to do the 60 dungeons go do them, you don't need bonus tomes, gil, etc to do them. They are in the game, put together a group and do it for fun.

Likely because the game already controls people so much with "incentives" and "rewards" that people are just plain conditioned.

"A meta-analysis of 128 studies examined the effects of extrinsic rewards on intrinsic motivation. As predicted, engagement-contingent, completion-contingent, and performance-contingent rewards significantly undermined free-choice intrinsic motivation (d = -0.40, -0.36, and -0.28, respectively), as did all rewards, all tangible rewards, and all expected rewards. Engagement-contingent and completion-contingent rewards also significantly undermined self-reported interest (d = -0.15, and —0.17), as did all tangible rewards and all expected rewards. Positive feedback enhanced both free-choice behavior (d = 0.33) and self-reported interest (d = 0.31). Tangible rewards tended to be more detrimental for children than college students, and verbal rewards tended to be less enhancing for children than college students."

Why have rewards for hunts? Why have extra rewards for roulettes? Why have bonus for new person in dungeon? Why have rewards for helping out the beast tribes? Why even have rewards for anything?

I'll answer it with a question again. Now will you get angry at me? Are you going to do something about it?

You can choose from FATEs, FATEs, or FATEs. In fact, lucky you, you get two FATE events at once!

... but really, an hour or two of Gold Saucer or crafting some smaller items helps. There's a small market in materials and gear for early on that can be dipped into once in a while.

The majority of dungeons wouldn't be any harder with min ilvl they would just take longer to complete.

That's not true, the fact that it takes longer means that it's harder. You actually have to manage how you heal/tank. The bosses you will have to actually follow mechanics and not just burn. It really is harder with minimum ilevel. Do you have a different definition? But I know what you're already going to say, unless it's not Final coil savage before heavensward it's not enough. Newsflash, if something takes more effort.......just by that it means it's harder.
